These are the terms and conditions for the use of www.woodsendpuddings.co.uk.  By entering this website and/or confirming an order, you are accepting these terms and conditions.

 

Intellectual Property

Either I or our affiliates own all of the information and intellectual property on this website.  None of the materials or contents of the Woodsend Pudding site may be reproduced, modified, copied or distributed or used for any purpose without written consent from Woodsend Puddings.

 

Goods, Pricing and Availability

All pricing information on the web site is correct at the time of going on line.  Woodsend Puddings reserve the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.

 

Property

Any goods ordered on the www.woodsendpudding.co.uk website remain the property of Woodesnd until the full purchase price has been received from the purchaser.

 

Payment

Payment is accepted through Paypal. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order. All prices are in GBP pound sterling.

 

Cancellation

You may cancel any order prior to the issue of the dispatch confirmation email.  We will refund all the money you have sent us if you cancel in this way.

 

Delivery

Puddings will be dispatched from November onwards, unless a special request is made before.  All orders will be dispatched to arrive in time for Christmas.

If you place an order after the final posting date I have shown on the website, delivery for Christmas cannot be guaranteed.

 

Returns Policy

Woodsend Puddings intends to always provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged.  In the event the purchaser receives goods which do not match those ordered, or alternatively are damaged in transit or have faults when delivered, the purchaser must contact me within 3 days of delivery to arrange for their return.  You will be responsible for paying shipment costs.  I will have the option to replace the goods (if available) or to refund you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods.   Refunds and/or replacements will be issued only upon receipt of the returned goods.

Unless you advise me otherwise within 3 days of receipt of the goods, you are deemed to have accepted that the goods are as ordered and with no damage/problems.

The www.woodsendpuddings.co.uk site is provided without any warranties or guarantees.  The site user must bear the risks associated with the use of the internet.  To the full extent allowed by applicable law, the site user agrees that Woodsend Puddings will not be liable to the site user or any third party for any consequential or incidential damages or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to the use of the woodsendpudding.co.uk site.

 

Woodsend Puddings will make every effort to ensure that the best service possible is available when using www.woodsendpuddings.co.uk, no guarantee is given that the service will meet the users requirements and that the service will be fault free.
